Start, Stop or Transfer Residential Service
Start service for new customers:
To start new service, DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION FORM and stop by our office at 305 11th St. East to complete the application process. Your driver’s license/photo ID will be required, as well as a $100 deposit.
Stop service for existing customers
To stop service on an existing account, please call us at 320-864-5184 or stop by our office at 305 11th St. East. Please be prepared to provide a forwarding address to ensure your final bill reaches your new location.
Transfer service for existing customers
If you are moving from one residence to another within our current service area, please call us at 320-864-5184 or stop by our office at 305 11th St. East.
